Terms & Conditions.
Relics Furniture is the seller
- The Seller reserves the right to reject any transaction or offer to buy.
- The Seller reserves the
right to cancel any order where completion of the order would imply extra costs to the seller.
- The seller will replace any item not fit for purpose due to transit damage and / or poor workmanship if reported within 7 days of delivery/collection.
- The Seller is not to be held responsible for any damages incurred via
third party carriers/couriers. It is recommended that the Buyer ensures
any transport companies, collecting on the Buyer's behalf, have the
necessary insurance in place.
- All Drawings, photographs, illustrations, specifications, performance
data, dimensions, weights and the like, whether contained in the
contract or made by way of representation, have been provided by the
Seller in the belief that they are as accurate as reasonably possible,
but they do not constitute a description of the goods, shall not be
taken to be representations made by the Seller, and are not warranted to
be accurate.
- In the event that the buyer fails to unload the goods within 1 hour of
their arrival at the buyers premises or such other destinations as
notified to the seller in the order at the time so specified the buyer
shall be liable to the seller for the additional costs incurred by the
seller. The seller shall not be liable to the buyer for any damage or
loss arising directly or indirectly from any delay in delivery.
- Goods are not accepted by the seller for return from the buyer without
the prior consent of the seller.
- Please remember that we sell solid wood furniture. Wood is a natural material and therefore is subject to quirks and occasional variations in colour. We do not refund or exchange items where the wood variation is simply a matter of the nature of the individual tree the piece was cut from, or where nature has not chosen to finish the wood as carefully as a factory made artificial veneer.
- All furniture delivered is insured to the point of the customers front door. Once an item is carried over this threshold we cannot be held responsible for any damage or incident arising as a result of delivery, that may occur whilst on the customers premises. We will not accept liability for damage to goods or property whilst inside a private household.
